Pair of stacked Y quads
One Y quad is nice, stack two, wire out the backs and you have a nasty omni-directional.
Stack four of thoses babes, wire out the back and you narrow the beam forward throw to 11-15 degrees. Side rejection is 20 db, rear is 50 db.

Man, need to see a picture of that! 10 to 1 has it on the ground by May in North Texas, thats about when I have to retrieve my 55 gallon trash barrels from the neighbor's yard

I build my set in 1980. It was up for nine years. I spilt the set and sold the pair. One of those sets is still up.
Funny thing. I never took a picture of any of my rigs. Only regrets now.
You might have a cow, if you saw my friend full wave 36 foot beam. We hoisted it up with a 4x4 wiench!
I'll go by his house and see if its still there. A sight to behold.
